Getting Started
Quick Lead is a job management app built specifically for tradespeople — gas engineers, electricians, plumbers, and more. It connects to your email to automatically read and extract job details, then helps you book, invoice, and sign off jobs — all in one place. No spreadsheets, no paper, no chasing invoices.
Quick Lead is currently built for:
Gas engineers — CP12 gas safety certificates, boiler servicing, installation jobs
Electricians — EICR electrical certificates, AI consumer unit scanning
Plumbers — job management without certificates
More trade types and certificates are being added regularly. If your trade isn't listed, get in touch — it may already be in development.
No. Quick Lead is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it runs entirely in your browser. On your phone, you can add it to your home screen and it works like a native app. No App Store, no Play Store, no downloads to manage.
To install on your phone: open app.quicklead.app in your browser, tap Share → Add to Home Screen (iPhone) or tap the install banner (Android).
Yes — your jobs, invoices, and certificates are all available offline. You can view and work on jobs without a signal. When you're back online, everything syncs automatically. Note: syncing new emails and sending invoices requires an internet connection.
Quick Lead is currently in trial — free for invited tradespeople while we refine the product based on real feedback. Paid plans will be introduced before the full launch. Trial users will receive advance notice and a discounted rate for being early supporters.
Account & Sign In
Create an account with any email address and a password. Go to app.quicklead.app → Create a free account. You'll need to verify your email before you can sign in.
No. Quick Lead does not read, send from, or connect to your Gmail or any Google account. Sign-in is email and password only. Job emails arrive at your dedicated [email protected] inbox via Postmark — Quick Lead never touches your personal email provider.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and click Forgot password?. A reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
First, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from [email protected] with the subject "Verify your email address".
If it's not there, go back to the app and click Resend email on the verification screen. Still nothing? Contact us at [email protected].
Currently each engineer has their own individual account — this keeps your jobs, certificates, and client data completely separate. Multi-user team accounts (for a business with multiple engineers) are on the roadmap and being developed.
Jobs & Emails
Quick Lead gives you a dedicated email address (e.g. [email protected]). When agents or clients email that address, the message appears in your Quick Lead inbox automatically. Tap Parse Job and AI extracts the key details — no Gmail access needed.
Yes. Use Paste Email — copy any job email from any email client and paste it into Quick Lead. The AI will extract the job details. Works with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, or any other email provider.
Quick Lead gives you a personal booking link you can share with customers — via WhatsApp, text, or email. Customers fill in their details and request a job. You get an instant notification on your phone, and the booking appears in your jobs list ready to confirm.
No back-and-forth calls needed. Customers can book 24/7.
Yes. Each job card has an On My Way button. Tap it and choose to send via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. The message is pre-written with the job details — you just tap send. Customers love it, and it reduces "where are you?" calls significantly.
Invoices & Certificates
Open any job card and tap Invoice. Quick Lead pre-fills the customer details and lets you add line items, adjust prices, and toggle VAT. When you're happy, tap Email to Client to send it directly — the PDF is attached automatically. Invoice numbers are sequential and managed for you.
CP12 — Gas Safety Certificate (for Gas Safe registered engineers)
EICR (Rented) — Electrical Installation Condition Report for rented properties. Includes AI consumer unit photo scanning.
More certificate types are being added. All certificates are generated as PDFs and can be emailed directly to the customer.
Yes. You can export your jobs and invoices as a CSV file compatible with Xero and QuickBooks. Go to Settings → Export CSV. Direct integration with accounting software is on the roadmap.
Data & Privacy
Yes. Quick Lead is built to enterprise security standards:
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Your data is stored in Google Firebase — UK/EU data centres
AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude API — your email content is never stored by the AI provider
We never sell your data to third parties
Sign-in is email and password only — Quick Lead has no access to Gmail, Google Calendar, or any third-party email account
You can export all your data as a CSV at any time from Settings. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Quick Lead only reads emails that match job-related patterns (booking requests, service enquiries, etc.). It does not read personal emails, bank emails, or anything unrelated to jobs. You can also set a sync date — only emails after that date are ever scanned.
Your data is backed up to the cloud automatically. Sign in on any device at app.quicklead.app and everything is there — your jobs, invoices, certificates, and client details. Nothing is lost if your phone is lost, stolen, or breaks.
Technical
Quick Lead works best on Chrome (Android and desktop) and Safari (iPhone/iPad). It also works on Edge and Firefox. For the best experience and PWA install functionality, we recommend Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS.
Try these steps in order:
Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
On iPhone: Open app.quicklead.app in Safari (not Chrome) → tap the Share button (box with arrow) → tap Add to Home Screen.
On Android: Open in Chrome → you should see an install banner at the bottom. If not, tap the 3-dot menu → Add to Home Screen.

Yes — Quick Lead uses Claude AI by Anthropic to parse job emails and scan EICR consumer unit photos. Email content is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing but is not stored or used for training. Anthropic is a leading AI safety company with strong data protection policies. You can read their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
